CURRENT INVENTORY, ORDER AND SHIPPING STATUS
We are currently operating and taking orders during the COVID-19 pandemic to help customers as best we can. However, there are some important announcements:
DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE DELAYED. We will try our best to get orders processed and delivered, but given the backlog of orders and slow shipping times, you may see handling and delivery times delayed.
LIMITED INVENTORY. The high demand for bicycles and slow replenishment of inventory means we are out of stock on a lot of things. You'll find this in many places. Sorry. but we don't have restock dates on many items given the uncertainty and delays.
PRODUCTS POTENTIALLY OUT OF STOCK EVEN IF SHOWN AS AVAILABLE. While we try to keep our inventory up to date, some suppliers don't update their inventory to us on a frequent basis. There is a chance something is not available. We will contact as quickly as possible if that is the case to offer alternatives or cancel your order.
