Our standard policy is that all bike purchases are final, unless the item itself is defective in any way.
We will only accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes from Bikes Xpress resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase. You must contact BikesXpress.com via e-mail ([email protected]) prior to returning products. Once we receive your return request, we can contact the correct manufacturer and start a return or exchange process.
Once Bikes Xpress has confirmed a return or exchange can be made:
- Products must be UNUSED and in WORKING condition.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge except from our fulfillment mistake. Shipping and handling to/from BikesXpress.com cannot be refunded.
- We do not provide return labels unless there is a manufacturer defective product that cannot be repaired with replacement products. Any related shipping charge has to be buyer's cost.
- A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns.
